Returning for mid-season, we partnered once again with the NHL team mascots to show off the newly released Hyundai SANTA FE and IONIQ 9’s standout features. For one spot, we brought along NHL Alumnus Teemu Selanne to compliment and cue the non-speaking mascots and their Charlie Chaplin-styled acting.
Broadcast
These are the final two 15-second spots that focus on some of the vehicle’s award-winning tech as unique as the mascots themselves.
The campaign ran in English and French nationwide in 2025. Media buys included NHL hockey broadcast sponsorship on Canadian networks.
Social
In addition to broadcast spots, we produced 4 accompanying social-specific pieces that aired simultaneous to the broadcast spots. These posts collaborated with the NHL Mascots Instagram accounts for additional exposure.
